I'm curious if anyone has noticed while raiding that if you do any sort of spam-pushing of your Judgement button to make sure that you get it off, occasionally Judgement will:
-Be placed on cooldown
-No graphic shown
-No Judgement Effect Refreshed
-No Damage Inflicted
This has happened to me continuously unless I am deliberately pressing the Judgement button a moment or two after it comes up on cooldown, potentially losing DPS (but losing less than if the Judgement doesn't go off).
When this occurs, the default Blizzard UI gives the message:
Elzam's Judgement of Wisdom fails. (Not ready yet).
I posted a bug report about it tonight because it finally occurred to me that it wasn't a "fluke" thing to occur, but alas, the forums are down at the moment. |

| I've noticed this as well. It seems that if you spam Judgement as you're coming off of GCD, it does nothing. I also had to wait a second to use it. Hopefully, this bug doesn't go unnoticed for too long. |

Has the PvP set bonus been changed on live? Maybe this is the reason. _________________ Kirrena @ Ner'zhul |

It's possible, although I run with only 2-pc PvP gear. If the new PvP bonus (the -1s Judgement) is just on Gloves, it's possible as I still do wear Brutal Glad Gloves in raids. However, I don't know how that would work out numbers-wise, at that would insinuate that judgement would be off cooldown a full second before it actually would light up as such.
Has anyone experienced this bug with less than 2/2 Imp Judgement? Maybe it is incorrectly functioning instead?
It's a rather severe bug for raiding; although he's just a pushover at this point, I noticed that because of this bug, Illidan did not have Heart of the Crusader on him for the entirety of Phase 3 and 4 (before the Enrage-Phase) because no Judgements would stick or do damage.
I also blame this on my decreased DPS throughout the night; I steadily was between #2-#5 throughout BT/Sunwell last night, but the margins when I dipped low were often when I noticed a string of failed Judgements. |

Did a quick test using different judgements.
I only got this bug when using JoW.
Edit: Was in PvE gear, so didn't have the 4-piece PvP set bonus. _________________ “The divine wrath is slow indeed in vengeance, but it makes up for its tardiness by the severity of the punishment" |

Wednesday I was doing some comparison testing between Martyr and Command with a rotation on a target dummy without moving between tests.
Looking at the recount results for 5 minutes with the exact same rotation using JoL. The Martyr rotation only got off 24 judgements. The Command rotation got off 33 judgements. Both rotations should have gotten off 33 since I'm using a 9 second cycle for judgements. All other numbers were the almost same, 24 divine storms each, 48 and 49 Crusader strikes (probably ended the cycle slightly different when the timer went off).
To me it appears yes, there is a bug. I'll be testing tonight to see if it's linked to SotM and if I can repeat the results. Maybe I can test it with JoW also to see if that makes a difference like Hempo says. |

Yes there most definately is a bug in judgement, almost half of the time it fails to return mana or do damage. Someone who plays on US bring it up to the forums and try to get some attention for it. _________________ http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Kor%27gall&n=Kolori |

| I attempted to recreate the bug I previously had. I redid 5 minute tests with martyr and command and both had 33 judgements hit. I used the exact same rotations on the same target dummy. The only things that could have changed right off the top of my head is time of day and exact spot on the floor. I wonder if the bug occurs server side. |

It is most likely server side because all cooldowns were changed in a prior patch to be located client-side, thus eliminating the need for /stopcasting macros to quicken your casts.
I'm personally a bit miffed that if we're a tad admittedly overpowered in BGs there's an announcement, minor discussion, and hotfix in the time it takes me to get dinner and a movie with some pals, and while a nerf has turned our biggest damage burst into an actual casino game it takes a long time. Granted, I may be highly underestimated the technical expertise necessary to change something unintended like this; they most likely have to track it down, replicate it, etc.
There is a good amount of downtime this morning coming up, so perhaps they'll fix that and the Sanctified Wrath bypass bug that GC recently admitted that they accidentally broke.
If not..
Has anyone experienced this using SoC? I am admittedly a PvE-phile and so I don't even have a point IN Seal of Command to test it. However, if no one has had this issue with JoC, I may use it for leveling instead of the SoB leveling I did on the beta with just throwing an instant FoL on myself between mobs. |
